Hotel Rules and Accommodation Conditions
As Suuyla Kazdağları, we aim to offer our guests a peaceful, calm, safe and quality accommodation experience. In line with our location in touch with nature, our boutique hotel approach and the importance we attach to guest satisfaction, some accommodation rules are applied in our facility. We would like to emphasize that all our guests who make a reservation are deemed to have accepted the following rules.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in time at the hotel is at 14:00. Check-out time is 12:00 at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated according to the availability of our facility. Additional fees may apply for late check-outs.
+12 Years Old Accommodation Concept
Our facility serves with the +12 age concept. For this reason, children under the age of 12 are not accepted as guests. This practice is implemented in order to offer our guests a more calm, peaceful and adults-only accommodation atmosphere.
Not Bringing Food and Drinks from Outside
Restaurant and beverage services are offered in our facility. In order to maintain our hygiene standards, ensure the sustainability of our service quality and provide the same standard of service to all our guests, we kindly request that no food or beverages be brought from outside.
We kindly ask our guests with special health conditions, diet programs or mandatory dietary needs to contact our facility before booking.
Pet Policy
We love animals very much; However, the physical conditions, room structure and common areas of our facility are not suitable for pet accommodation. For this reason, pets cannot be accepted in our facility. Thank you for your understanding.
Smoking
Our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only possible in open areas designated by our facility. In case of smoking in the room, additional fees may be charged for cleaning, odor removal and any damage that may occur.
Rules of Silence and Peace
Suuyla Kazdağları provides service with the understanding of calmness and peaceful accommodation in nature. For this reason, we kindly request that you do not listen to loud music especially between 23:00 and 08:00, do not make noise in common areas, and pay attention to other guests' right to rest.
Room Use and Furnishings
Our rooms and the items inside the rooms are delivered to our guests in a clean and complete condition. Any damage, breakage, loss or disuse that may occur in the rooms during the stay may be reflected to the guest.
Towels, bathrobes, bed linen and room equipment are kindly requested not to be taken out of the facility.
Common Area Use
The garden, restaurant, pool, recreation areas and other common areas are open to the common use of all our guests. We kindly ask you to pay attention to the cleanliness of the environment in these areas and to avoid any behavior that would disrupt the comfort of other guests.
Pool Use
Pool usage hours are determined by the facility. It is not appropriate to use glass cups, bottles and breakable materials in the pool area for security reasons. It is important not to run around the pool, be careful about slippery surfaces and follow general safety rules.
Return Procedure
After the reservation is made in our facility, a fee is charged for the number of days. There is no refund for unfinished stays.
Visitor Admission
Only registered guests with a reservation can stay in our facility. For security and operational reasons, accepting external visitors is subject to the approval of the facility management. Unregistered guests are kindly requested not to be allowed into rooms or common areas.
Valuables
Our guests are responsible for their valuable belongings. Our facility does not accept responsibility in case of loss or damage to money, jewelry, electronic items and similar personal items left in the room or common areas.
Nature and Environmental Sensitivity
It is very important for us to respect the natural texture of Kazdağları. We kindly ask our guests to keep the environment clean, to avoid behavior that would harm nature, and to take care of vegetation and living things.
Reservation, Payment and Cancellation Conditions
Reservation, payment and cancellation conditions may vary depending on the selected reservation channel, room type and campaign conditions. Our guests are advised to carefully review the cancellation and change policies before booking.
General Operating Rules
Facility management; reserves the right to make changes in the rules when deemed necessary for guest safety, peace and business order. Guests who act against hotel rules, disrupt the peace of other guests or damage the facility may have their stay terminated.
